The owner/operator of Azar Consulting, LLC is Teresa Simmons Ross. She is the Chief Executive Officer, and Co-Founder of Evelyn Moon Children's Services. She has an MA in Human Services from the University of Arizona Global Campus, an MA in Organizational Management from Ashford University/Forbes Business School, and a BA in Human Resource Management from Faulkner University. She holds a certification as a Certified Crisis Intervention Specialist from the American Health Care Professionals Inc. She serves on a local trauma response team Cheaha Crisis Management Team. She is also a member of the Calhoun County Children's Policy Council, Board Chair for Saks High School Counseling Advisory Team, TCR Parents as Teachers Affiliate Advisory Committee.  Teresa has provided contracted crisis intervention services with the Helping Families Initiative (HFI) through United Way of East Central Alabama, since 2019.
